Moskevil is a larger, moth-like version of Negatibuzz. His robe is purple and his hands are like a witch. He has a pair of brown moth-like antennae on his head. His wings have become a bluish-grey and become moth-like. His nose is now curved and golden, and gained a drill flute-like ridge.

- “Moskevil” is a corruption/portmanteau of the word mosquito and evil.
- “Janegabūn” is “Evil” (Japanese: 邪, Ja, In the Goon reading), and a contracted version of negative and buun, which is the Japanese onomatopoeia for an insect’s buzzing.
